The Dallon has more than 32 injectors with capacities ranging from 100 to 2,000 tons of closing force, equipped with advanced technologies such as robots, automation systems, automatic supplying and others.
It can thus inject small, medium and large size pieces of plastic. It has a specialized technical staff, highly qualified and with experience in the provision of plastic injection services for various market segments such as: automotive, toys, furniture, agriculture, technical parts and others.
It also has R&D Department of product, molds and solutions; Tooling (contruction/maintenance of moldes), Chemical / Physical Laboratory for execution of analyzes and physical-chemical tests in plastic materials and finished products.
Currently, the company is ISO 9001 certified and is also implementing management systems such as: Lean Manufacturing and ISO 14001 and has management systems adapted to VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 standards.
Plajax has lead injection machines for metal injection and furnaces for metal shaping, they are equipped with advanced Technologies. It has a specialized technical staff, highly qualified.
Plajax has extruders for the recovery of plastics materials of very high production capacity and which are equipped with advanced technologies, producing superior plastic materials. It has a specialized technical staff, highly qualified and a laboratory equipped to carry out analysis and physical-chemical tests on plastic materials, thus guaranteeing the quality of the product and exceeding the expectations of the clients.
